CHIJ celebrates their 150th Anniversary this
year.

Held at CHIJMES---
the original Home of the IJ girls
Over 1 weekend --
3rd & 4th July 2004, Sat & Sunday

Activities will be held all around the CHIJMES
Courtyard and the school kids will be putting up
performances during the day. There will also be
tours around the CHIJMES with old girls and NUNs
telling stories about the Old days and
significance of that particular spot.

DID YOU KNOW THAT THERE ARE 3 WELLS IN
CHIJMES...I think?:0)

Anyways, the alumnae(old girls) of the Various
schools have been tasked to fill up the
graveyard shift ( 10pm to 7am) with events and
activities.

Hence, St. Nicks is taking up the 3am to 6am
shift. Please let me know if anyone is gearing
up to do a performance. It's free and easy...no
hard and fast rule. If you don't wish to put up
anything, at least try to drop by...get together
with old friends and Make CHIJMES the Meeting
point on 3rd July!

Hi, Please see the flyer from nicole, Head
Prefect of 1994 who is taking charge the " Down
Memory Lane"of the event in CHIJmes to celebrate
the 150 years of IJ in Singapore.
The venue is CHIJme hall, time for St. Nicks is
4 July from 0430 am to 0600 am.

We like to make it a fun and reunion activity
for your batch. Please contact your classmates
and come to chijmes. We will have the CHIJmes
hall during this 1.5 hours. we can sing, dance
etc give what you want to do ( it is ok if it is
just gossipping) to nicole.
You can come early to socialise with other IJ
ex-pupils or just sit in the corridors and
thinking of the old days.
