realised that one of the times where you get to see the truly good side of others is during 2.4. it's true you know. the saying about friendship in adversity.
there are those who will stop and drag you along when you think you're dying. there are those who will shout an encouragement to you even though he/she himself/herself is in need of more air. there are those pals will stay and watch till you've finished running, no matter how long you take. there are those who are there to pace you even when they themselves are already so damn shagged. there are also those who will cheer for you, be happy for you, be sad for you... people come and people go but these are the nice people you meet on your 2.4k. somewhat like the nice people you meet in life isn't it? :)
there are also those who'll just dash past. those who don't give a damn about anyone except themselves. those who just wanna get the jog over and done with. those who shove past others without so much as an apology. there are those who influences others to jog slowly and slow them down instead. those who don't even acknowledge the people cheering for them. those who never linger around after the jog to support their friends. those who just use the excuse 'i'm tired' to get out of helping or supporting. basically the assholes you meet in the course of life.
well, whatever it is, no matter how many assholes you meet, there will always be angels here and there who will never fail to brighten up your life. it's the small things in life that matter remember? ~smiles~
